    We learn your program, budget reality, capacity, and deadline. You get an honest assessment of whether grant funding fits — and what would need to be true for it to work.

    1–2 weeks

    Funder Match & Strategy

    We research federal, state, foundation, and industry funders, screen for eligibility and match requirements, and deliver a ranked prospect list with a deadline calendar.

  3. 03

    3–6 weeks per proposal

    Draft & Review

    Interviews with your team, then narrative, logic model, budget, and attachments. Two full revision rounds, plus a reviewer-style scoring pass before anything is final.

  4. 04

    Through decision

    Submit & Track

    We handle portal registration and submission, confirm receipt, log the decision timeline, and hand you a reporting calendar the day the award lands.
